Hey there, I’m Kelly!
As a certified Executive Career Coach, I help hardworking professionals like you take control of your career.
I was once right where you are now. I felt confused about where I wanted my career to go and completely frustrated that I couldn’t seem to figure it out on my own.
I am a hopeless control freak but for some reason, I was never really in control of my career.
It wasn’t until I found my first coach and started to learn how to change my approach to how I was thinking about my career.
I share free resources on my Facebook page, weekly Podcast, and newsletter. And I offer individual private coaching.
A Little More About Me
I have over 20 years of professional experience ranging from the halls of Capitol Hill to the fiercely competitive boardrooms of corporate consulting to grassroots operations helping to build a business from the ground up and finally to the relentless bureaucracy of federal government service. I am a devoted and determined leader who has a zeal for promoting and understanding others.
I discovered coaching in 2015 when offered the opportunity to have a coach through my job. My career coach Kathy was wonderful and I quickly realized that I was no longer stuck trying to figure out how to create a career strategy. I learned how to change my thinking and be more focused and mindful about the decisions I was making and their impact on my career as a whole.
A Little About My Company Values & Beliefs
Support equals Success
Your journey is only a solo one if you choose to travel that way. We are so much more powerful when we surround ourselves with people who we can learn from, draw support from and in return offer our support. Everyone needs an advocate, mentor, and cheerleader in their corner.
Hold the Ladder
Good leaders are good leaders because they are understand that when their staff succeed they succeed. Leaders developing the next generation of leaders can continue to rise knowing they have built a legacy to be proud of.
Work is Work
There is no getting around it that they call it work for a reason but that doesn’t mean it has to be drudgery and misery. When we find the right career for us, much like a lifelong companion it will still require work and you will have good days and bad but overall you can look back and feel that it was all worth it and that the good days greatly outnumber the bad.
I want you to love your career too. I want you to wake up each day excited and proud of the impact you will have. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you to set goals for next month…next year that you will be super excited about achieving and then look back and ask yourself why you hadn’t gotten a coach sooner.
If my story resonates with you, schedule a free discovery call to see if I am the coach for you.
